Information you give us

When you request a call through one of the Schedule a Call forms on our home page, we collect:

• your first and last name, company name, phone number and email address;
• when you'd like us to call: a requested date and time, or the days and time of day that suit you;
• your annual company revenue, if you choose to share it;
• what you tell us about your business or organization and the goals you'd like to accomplish.

Please don't include sensitive personal information, such as account numbers or Social Security numbers, in the form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Some of it is collected through cookies (see Cookies and analytics below).

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your request and schedule your call;
• prepare for our conversation and follow up about our services;
• keep a record of our communications with you.

We use the technical information to keep the site working and secure, to protect our forms from spam, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing.

Videos

The video on our home page is hosted by Vimeo and plays in Vimeo's player, which we ask not to track viewing sessions. When you play it, Vimeo's own privacy policy applies.

We share your information only with service providers that help us run our website and our business, such as our website host and our form, email, analytics and customer-relationship tools, and only so they can provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

We keep your form submission and our related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any working relationship that follows, and after that only as long as our legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.

What rights you have over your data

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We'll respond within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for making a request.

High Exit Value is based in the United States. Information you submit is processed in the United States by us and our service providers.

How we protect your data

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
